IOPPS was born from a simple truth: Indigenous peoples deserve a platform built for them, by them. For too long, Indigenous job seekers have had to navigate platforms that don't reflect their culture, their communities, or their values. Events were scattered. Scholarships were hard to find. Connections were siloed. IOPPS.ca changes that. We're building Canada's first truly Indigenous-centered professional platform — where careers, education, events, business, and community all live in one place.
