About This Program
Start a career as a professional chef or cook. Learn valuable skills in food preparation, presentation and kitchen management in SGEI's culinary lab. Students learn Indigenous cuisine, baking and pastry arts, restaurant food production, culinary skills, wines, and kitchen management. Graduates eligible for direct entry into second year of Culinary Management program.
