About This Program

This program provides entry-level skills required to start your career as a new apprentice welder. Welders are employed in manufacturing, shipbuilding, aerospace and more. Mix of theory and hands-on practical learning followed by an eight-week paid work placement. Students receive certifications in Canadian Welding Bureau tickets, Standard First Aid, Working from Heights, WHMIS, and more.
